On Strength Days we lift heavy 💪🏼💪🏼 With Gemini on our Thursday schedule for the next 4 weeks, this is a great opportunity to really push for some heavier weights when you take that first lap around the room. We’ll be working with short 20 second sets so we should be attempting to really max out our weight choices.
