Slowly adding more gymnastics into my training. Being smart by slowly adding volume vs going 0 to 100. Been there, done that. I’m working on catching higher in the rings, so I minimize my press out. I love OTM (on the minute) work as it allows you to work on the skill with a little bit of rest as well as adding volume and training your body to recover.
