🍒 Latin Name: Prunus Serotina 🍒 I forgot to mention in this video its effect on the digestive system. It is antispasmodic and a bitter herb. It is great for calming an upset stomach and assisting the body to have a healthy amount of digestive secretions, therefore helping with digestion. 🍒 There are Cyanogebic compounds in the bark and twigs of this tree. These same compounds are found in apple seeds and peach pits. Theoretically speaking, it can be toxic if consumed in VERY LARGE quantities.
