My training split: lifting running. Right now I’m in my peak marathon block, running every day and taking one rest day every two weeks. Averaging around 60 miles a week. For lifting, I run a PPL Arms Chest/Back rotation. Some weeks I’ll skip the extra upper day depending on how I’m feeling — running is the priority right now.
