Started my morning the right way—business meeting at Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters in Ybor. There’s something about supporting local spots while doing business that just feels right. This is what I love about Tampa Bay: the community, the culture, the coffee that fuels it all. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a real estate agent—you’re getting someone who knows these neighborhoods inside and out, who supports local, and who’s as invested in this community as you are. Meet some of the 20 feral cats in Ybor City that depend on community support. When you work with me, you’re not just finding your dream Tampa Bay waterfront home - you’re helping animals like Mick Jagger, Ratatouille, Andy, Glorilla, Unc, and Unc Jr. and this whole colony. It’s about transitions, not transactions. Small shifts, big impact. Mortgage rates easing from 6.8% to 6.2% might not sound dramatic, but it’s been enough to bring buyers off the sidelines in a major way. Florida’s housing market is showing consistent monthly sales growth for the first time since 2022—inventory is being absorbed faster, time on market is stabilizing, and economists are projecting continued improvement heading into spring. What does this mean for Tampa Bay? If you’ve been watching and waiting, now’s the time to get strat

Days like today remind me why I love what I do ☀️ Toured an incredible new listing in South Tampa this morning, then spent the afternoon connecting with clients and fellow entrepreneurs in Hyde Park Village. (And yes, maybe squeezed in a little too much good food… but that’s what makes Tampa Bay living so special, right?) This business isn’t just about properties—it’s about the lifestyle, the community, and the transitions that bring people to this beautiful place we call home. Every conversatio

The Vinoy refreshes their flowers every single week. Fresh blooms, every week It’s these kinds of details that matter—whether it’s a historic hotel or a waterfront estate. The way a space is maintained, the thought behind every element, the experience from the moment you walk in. When I’m helping buyers find their perfect property, we look beyond the square footage and the views. We look at the lifestyle, the neighborhood, the details that make a house feel like home. Don’t worry, it’s just Busch Gardens saying goodbye to their holiday decor for the season. But here’s the thing—while this snow disappears after tonight, our 70-degree January weather is here to stay. This is the Tampa Bay lifestyle my clients are trading cold winters for. If you’re dreaming of a place where “snow” is just a fun novelty at theme parks and not something you have to shovel out of your driveway, let’s talk about making Tampa your home. Your warmest winter yet is waiting.
