Estas ceibas (Ceiba pentandra) fueron grabadas en Cd. del Carmen, Campeche, y me resultan muy curiosas porque no tienen un tronco principal muy alto. En general, los árboles ramifican a una altura mucho mayor, lo que les da un tronco largo y muy definido, sobre todo en esta especie que puede alcanzar alturas de hasta 40m.
