Tuesday marked what would have been McKenzie Scott's 19th birthday. Scott was tragically killed last month after being hit by an alleged drunk driver while crossing the street in a marked crosswalk outside Arbor View High School. In honor of her memory, the organization 'Walk Safely Las Vegas' has cleaned up the memorial that has stood outside Arbor View since her death.
