A security camera captured the moment lightning struck a tree in Northern Wisconsin on Sept. 9, sending bark and debris flying through the air. Footage later shows Mike Smith's neighbors using lake water to extinguish the fire at the base of the tree. Some good neighbors sprang into action after a lightning bolt struck a tree, sparking a fire near a Wisconsin home. The property owners weren't home at the time, so their neighbors used water buckets to quell the flames until firefighters arrived and extinguished the fire. | ABC7 News
