This recipe is perfect each and everytime and I absolutely love this drenched with maple syrup and a block of butter! 200g self raising flour 150g greek full fat yoghurt 2x medium eggs 100ml milk 50g sugar 150g blueberries Mix all the ingredients together for the pancakes until you have a thick batter, using a non stick pan, add butter and oil and allow to froth, then spoon lay a spoon in pan
