As unsettling new details continue to emerge in the case of a missing 7-month-old boy from San Bernardino County, KTLA has confirmed the baby’s mother has a convicted murderer in the family. Authorities in both San Bernardino and Riverside counties launched an extensive search on Aug.

Approximately 72 hours after Emmanuel was reportedly kidnapped from a Yucaipa parking lot, police were spotted at the Cabazon home where the 7-month-old's parents live. Why they were there, or whether there are any new breaks in the case, remains unknown.

The Los Angeles Times reported this week that Emmanuel’s father, Jack Haro, was convicted in June 2023 of willful child cruelty for an incident involving another child. He is due in court in September for that case, the outlet said.

California police are still searching for a 7-month-old boy after his mother said he was kidnapped outside a store in California.

According to Riverside County records, the missing 7-month-old's father pleaded guilty to willful cruelty to a child following a 2018 arrest.
