A ski lift at a New Hampshire resort has been temporarily closed after a guest fell from their chair over the weekend.

A recent accident at Attitash highlighted how the fear that exists in many skiers’ heads can occasionally become reality.

A malfunction forced the evacuation of 64 people from a chairlift at Cannon Mountain Ski Area in Franconia, N.H., on Wednesday, the resort said.
