Owner and operator of the Arklow Bank Wind Farm, GE Vernova, has filed proposals with the appropriate local authorities to decommission the wind farm, which has reached the end of its operating life.

The firm has won the contract with Charles Brand, a Belfast based civil engineering business founded 190 years ago.
