Wayne Fister, 38, was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly selling millions of counterfeit U.S. postage stamps and using the proceeds to purchase a home in San Diego.
The suspect pleaded not guilty to the charges on Monday, according to court records. The indictment also was unsealed Monday.
