CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. — Two people are recovering from injuries after a small, private plane crashed near Inverness Airport in Citrus County.

The Piper aircraft hit a building at Fowlmere Aerodrome. The pilot received minor injuries as a result, while the plane and building were significantly damaged.
