Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds told a federal judge Thursday that they will seek to dismiss Justin Baldoni’s defamation lawsuit. Attorneys for the two sides are due in court Monday for the first hearing on the megafeud between the two “It Ends With Us” co-stars.

With the first actual hearing in the multi-million dollar lawsuits between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni coming up early next week, the Gossip Girl alum and spouse Ryan Reynolds have finally said the quiet part out loud.

Lively first revealed her allegations against Baldoni in an interview with the New York Times. The Times was subsequently sued by Baldoni, who accused the newspaper of promissory fraud and breach of implied-in-fact contract in his $250 million lawsuit.
