Tony Buzbee filed another lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs—this time on behalf of an unnamed male musician who says he was sexually assaulted a decade ago.

Attorney Tony Buzbee filed the suit in New York earlier today on behalf of a John Doe who alleged assault from an incident that took place in 2015. Buzbee has been behind a substantial number of suits brought against Combs over the past year, including one that named Jay-Z as an additional defendant.

An adult male entertainer has sued Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging the Bad Boy Records founder sexually assaulted, drugged, and “coerced” him into commercial sex acts with various women over the course of five years, all the while dangling the promise of a potential music career.
