The New York Rangers, despite not being in a playoff spot as of this writing, decided to make a big trade last week with the Vancouver Canucks. They brought back J.T.

The Vancouver Canucks have traded J.T. Miller to the New York Rangers, the team announced Friday. Along with Miller, the Canucks are sending Erik Brännström and Jackson Dorrington to the Rangers for Filip Chytil, Victor Mancini and a top-13 protected 2025 first-round pick.

The Vancouver Canucks traded J.T. Miller to the New York Rangers in an effort to resolve locker-room tensions. According to NHL insider Frank Seravalli, however, the move has not been well received by many players and the problems within the Canucks locker room are far from over.
