Former Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender James Reimer is officially an Ottawa Senator after playing just one game with the AHL's Belleville Senators on a professional tryout.

The Colorado Avalanche host the Toronto Maple Leafs at Ball Arena on Monday, Jan. 12 at 10 p.m. ET. The matchup will air on ESPN+. Colorado secured a 4-0 victory at home its last time out on Jan. 10 against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

After the back-to-back games on Monday and Tuesday, Toronto will have 11 more games until the Olympic Break, which begins on Feb. 6.

The Toronto Maple Leafs forward was injured blocking a shot in the first period of a game against the Colorado Avalanche. He only played two shifts in the game and was ruled out with a lower-body injury at the start of the second period.
