The Bruins have signed forward Morgan Geekie to a six-year contract extension that will pay him $5.5 million per year.

Boston Bruins veteran forward Morgan Geekie, 26, who had career highs of 33 goals and 57 points in 77 games last season, was rewarded for his breakout campaign with a six-year, $33 million contract, the franchise announced on Sunday night.
