Microsoft has launched a 13-inch Surface Laptop as well as a 12-inch Surface Pro tablet. But while there's no mention of tariffs, the two PCs definitely cut corners.

Starting at $799, Microsoft's new Qualcomm-powered Surface Pro, 12-inch and Surface Laptop, 13-inch are all about making Copilot+ PC features available at a lower price point.
