The seminal MTV reality television show The Real World started filming its 15th season on April 30, 2004, in Philadelphia.

The former reality television star, who first broke into the spotlight in 1996 when she joined the cast of MTV's The Real World: Miami, took her own life earlier this week, TMZ first reported.
