Gov. Tim Walz is expected to speak after an ICE agent shot and killed a woman in south Minneapolis on Wednesday morning. In a post on X, Walz said he's seen video of the shooting and the state "will ensure there is a full, fair, and expeditious investigation to ensure accountability and justice."
