I'm shocked it lasted as long as it did as it was a fork of a dead project to begin with. Also as far as I know MPC-BE is still being updated.

Disable hardware acceleration and use alt-printscreen? Not elegant, but works in a pinch if classic ends up not having an internal frame grabber.
