It’s been a busy few days here in Las Vegas at CES 2026, but I’ve managed to find the time to spend about an hour trying out Lego’s biggest change to its iconic brick since 1958. That change takes a very familiar form.
LEGO has announced a huge update to its bricks, which the company is calling "one of the most significant evolutions" in 50 years.
Benson also confirmed that the new initiative contains no artificial intelligence at all, as well as no camera.
Lego celebrated 15 years of Ninjago with three limited-edition models, and a fourth is up for preorder now.
