A nonprofit business incubator is celebrating moving into new digs in a historic building on the city’s main downtown strip.

The Fairhope City Council on Monday approved what Mayor Sherry Sullivan called “monumental” agreements to transform the 1925 landmark into a business incubator led by Hatch Fairhope.
