The Detroit Police Department is seeking a man who they say fled a motorcycle crash, leaving his injured 2-year-old daughter at the scene.

The woman suffered critical injuries and was later pronounced dead at the hospital, WGN reported.

Detroit police say the father lost control and crashed his motorcycle, then fled the area, leaving his daughter behind.
