BMW does a lot to hide the shape of the new sedan beneath the camo. For example, the model's hood divot (carried over from the concept) that feeds into the kidney grille up front is covered with a sheet to make the hood look flat.

Although 2024 was a challenging year for BMW, and the turbulent tariff-led start to 2025 has sent shocks through automotive supply chains, the company is still looking towards a positive future with its Neue Klasse.

This new platform officially kicks off with the electric iX3 SUV later this year, and a sporty electric 3-series sedan will follow.
