The Duke of Sussex made the remark in a new podcast interview

Prince Harry is feeling "buoyed" and "energised" following a private gathering at Highgrove in Gloucestershire earlier this month, where Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, were reunited with King Charles for the first time in four years.

In May, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary, with Meghan sharing never-before-seen photos of their wedding celebrations. The BBC has reported that the Sussexes are expected to travel to the U.K. in July, bringing their children along.

The trip comes after Prince Harry reportedly worked to secure private security for his family following the U.K. government's refusal of police protection.

The Duke of Sussex reflected on his children meeting his grandmother in his memoir
