Tuesday marks 10 years since the largest mass shooting at a church that changed the lives of people across the Carolinas.

Charleston, S.C., reflects on 10 years since a racially motivated attack on the historic Emanuel AME church. A white supremacist killed 9 Black worshippers in 2015 in hopes of starting a race war.

It has now been a decade since nine people were killed after a mass shooting at a historically Black South Carolina church.
