Welcome to Championship Sunday, a day that has kicked off with should be a highly-entertaining NFC title game between the Washington Commanders and the Philadelphia Eagles.  This game marks the 20th time since the merger that two division rivals will meet in a conference title game.

We now know who will be on the call for that one as the NFL has assigned Shawn Hochuli as the head referee for the game. Hochuli’s father, Ed Hochuli, was an NFL official from 1990 until 2017.

The final two playoff games before the Super Bowl are Sunday. The NFC Championship Game features the Washington Commanders with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels going up against the Philadelphia Eagles and their top defense and unstoppable running game behind Saquon Barkley. The Eagles are six-point home favorites in the conference championship.
