Three Tigers -- outfielders Javier Báez and Riley Greene and second baseman Gleyber Torres -- have been elected by fans to start for the American League in the 2025 All-Star Game on July 15 in Atlanta. It’s the fourth time in franchise history, and the first since 2007, that three Tigers have been voted in as starters.

The Detroit Tigers, in Riley Greene and Javier Báez, will have two starters in the AL All-Star outfield for the first time since 1976.

Los Angeles Dodgers designated hitter Shohei Ohtani and New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge were previously announced as starters after they were the leading vote-getters in Phase 1 of voting, which ended June 26. Judge led all players with 4,012,983 votes, and Ohtani led NL players with 3,967,668 votes.
