After three-and-a-half years of imprisonment in Russia, Butler, Pennsylvania, native Marc Fogel is returning home.

Fogel was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Russia, which the U.S. has condemned as a wrongful detention, after a small amount of medical cannabis was found in his luggage.

A Bulter County native who was imprisoned in Russia for more than three years is back in the Pittsburgh area. Officials confirm Marc Fogel landed at Pittsburgh International Airport late Tuesday afternoon.
