Another earthquake has rattled an area near the coastal city of Malibu in Southern California. A magnitude 3.9 earthquake was reported at 8:17 p.m. Sunday about 7 miles northwest of Malibu, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A 3.9 earthquake struck near Malibu Sunday evening, but no damage or injuries were reported. The quake happened just after 8:15 p.m. and was about 6 miles northwest of Malibu, a city that was devastated in January by the Palisades Fire.
