Newly released records revealed Bryan Kohberger, the man who admitted to killing four University of Idaho students nearly three years ago, was investigated in a separate knife-related break-in more than a year earlier.
The 30-year-old convicted murderer is currently serving four life sentences at Idaho Maximum Security Institution.
Little said the order created “efficiencies in state government.” He had warned Idaho couldn’t afford the tax cuts Republicans sought.
