Max Verstappen has shown he has the pace when it matters most as he beat Formula 1 title rivals Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris to claim pole position for the British Grand Prix.

Could we see another British winner this year? Lewis Hamilton has an incredible record at Silverstone and won here last year for Mercedes. Lando Norris comes off the back of a victory in Austria and with the McLaren has the fastest car on the grid. Believe it or not, both of them are in contention this weekend.
