Connecticut jury acquits Raul Valle of murder in Jimmy McGrath stabbing case, deadlocks on reckless manslaughter charges resulting in mistrial for the 2022 teenage brawl incident

A Connecticut man was found not guilty of murder, as well as several other charges, in connection to the 2022 death of a prep school lacrosse player.

Jury deliberations are going into a third day in the trial of Raul Valle after the jury said they remain deadlocked on the murder charge filed against the man accused of killing 17-year-old Fairfield Prep student James “Jimmy” McGrath.
