ESPN has confirmed it is killing Spike Lee’s documentary series on ex-NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

It is believed the series can still be shopped elsewhere, a source briefed on the situation told The Athletic.

Spike Lee confirmed the cancellation, saying only, “It’s not coming out,” while Kaepernick’s camp declined comment.
