Yes. If you are on a train from Geneva or Lausanne change to a local train at Montreux. If you are travelling from Sion you can take a local train to Le Bouveret on Lac Leman and take a CGN boat. Or take a train to Montreux and change on to the local line. You can take a CGN ferry from many places on the shores of Lac Leman. You can walk along the lakeside from Villeneuve (also a ferry stop), it’s not far, and there is probably a bus. Parking at the Chateau is limited,
