Beautiful park with woods and countryside views. If you are lucky and 'in season' you will see the old steam trains passing by at the far end of the park. Walks are split into distances and well sign…Full review by Gillian R

Plenty of lovely walks for the dogs. The early azaleas were in bloom and in a month or so all the rhododendrons will be out and incredible. Good cafe with yummy NT cakes.Full review by O7672LRwendyk

We had a lovely walk around the thousand-acre Sheringham Park (famous for its collection of rhododendrons and azaleas). There are a few elevated platforms from which you get great vistas of the plan…Full review by Andrew081
No but don't let this put you off going. There's plenty of space for them to run about safely and the children I've seen there seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Will be Staying near town on holway road. Is there a walk through the woods to the cafè rather than along the road with our dog. Will be July.

I’m not sure whether you are referring to getting to Sherringham Park or when you are in Sherringham Park? We got the bus from West Runton to the Park so avoided the long road that runs parallel to the park which isn’t pleasant walking. However, you can also walk from Sherringham to one of the main entrances to the park that is near the big country house, I.e. you turn left past the Sherringham railway station, over the railway bridge, cross the main road, keep walking past the school, turn right and you will walk past some houses and a pretty church. Keep walking and you will come to the entrance to the park. You can then walk through very pretty woodland and park to the cafe, which I think is only open on Saturdays during winter, for the Park Run. Hope this helps:)
