The ghost tour with Joel was amazing, highly recommend! Joel is a great story teller, you could just feel his passion in the way he told us the history of Echuca.Full review by April S

Hi Anne, Thank you for your enquiry with us. There are a few different options available for you. Firstly, almost all of the Port of Echuca Discovery Centre experience is wheelchair accessible. However, there may be some sections underneath the Echuca Wharf that some wheelchair users may find difficult to use. There is one section (roughly 5 minutes or less) of our daily Guided Tours that is not accessible. This is when the group goes underneath the Star Hotel to the underground bar. If you are happy to wait at the entrance of the Star Hotel, our tour guides will always come back and pick you up for the rest of the tour. If you are exploring the museum yourself, we have a map that has a recommended route to take (which will take you along where all of our ramps are). In terms of the paddle steamer cruises, it may be best for you to give us a call on (03) 5481 0500 so we can discuss how to help you best. There are a number of cruises that run each day - most of which will most likely require a bit of assistance during the boarding and disembarking process. The PS Canberra or Pride of the Murray would be your best options, but if you are happy to speak to one of our friendly staff - we can discuss these options further. Thanks again - we hope to hear from you soon.
Hi there, I'm planning to visit on 3 Aug. Do you recommend booking online in advance or can I just show up and review the different package options on the day? We've only 1 day in echuca so I don't want to miss out! Thank you!
