I’ve been to a few casinos with my thirty year old daughter and they always ask to see her photo ID, but they don’t scan it anywhere in Manitoba that I’ve been. They never ask my husband or I for ID unless we sign up for the club card and free plays and get the old people discounts and enter contests. I’m from Ontario and do not have a criminal record and felt like many places in Toronto treat you like a criminal by demanding photo ID for a dinner theatre for instance when the tickets were purchased on our credit card and mailed to us. At concerts they just feel you up even in the summer when you clearly are almost naked with no place to hide anything. It’s not like that in Manitoba, but noticed they have policies to keep the homeless away. It’s cold here right now, but half the year it’s a great party without a cop on very corner trying to make a quota like in Ontario. Other concerts here just scan your purchased ticket. I noticed all these places have offices with pics of criminals they’re looking for; just saying. Anyway have fun!
