Idlewild South (formerly Row Jimmy) at 52 Pensacola St is an airy, spacious house owned by a musician / filmmaker. A TRUE Seaside house. 5 houses from 30A and truly only a 90 second walk to the beach and very close to big pool. Free Wi-Fi!!! A fantastic, three bedroom, three bathroom house. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one has twin beds, making it comfortable for four adults and two children or six adults. The main living room and dining room have a 20-foot vaulted ceiling. The home is filled with the owner's original B&W photography, and original art inspired by the music of the Grateful Dead. The home also features a huge outdoor wrap-around porch and an outside shower. Inside the home has 2 TVs with DVD in the living room and the master bedroom. The stereo has an iPod cable and has speakers throughout house and on porch. No pets, please. There is a loft suited for a kid's playroom and lounge area. No young children please.
